What You May Not Do

All purchases, payment processing, order fulfillment, and transaction-related communications are handled exclusively by Fourthwall. Sasquatch Syndicate Inc. does not process payments, store financial information, or have access to your payment or transaction data.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
All return, refund, and cancellation requests related to merchandise purchases must be directed to Fourthwall in accordance with their policies. Sasquatch Syndicate Inc. does not process or administer refunds for merchandise transactions. Please review Fourthwall's policies at fourthwall.com before making a purchase. While we make every effort to honor our event commitments, circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to event cancellation by third-party organizers, venue changes, weather, travel disruptions, illness, or other unforeseen events — may result in changes to our participation or the cancellation of events entirely.
Sasquatch Syndicate Inc. is not responsible for ticket purchases, travel arrangements, accommodations, or any other costs incurred by attendees in connection with events at which we are scheduled to appear. Event tickets are sold and managed exclusively by third-party event organizers and promoters. All refund requests related to event tickets must be directed to the relevant event organizer. Sasquatch Syndicate Inc. has no authority over and accepts no liability for the refund or cancellation policies of any third-party event organizer.
